This quick and easy-to-make recipe is perfect for all the chocolate lovers in your family. Similar to a pot de creme, Mousse au Chocolat is rich in flavor, with a silky smooth texture you won't be able to get enough of. Garnished with a sprinkling of grated white chocolate, your kids will have great fun helping you make this chocolate dessert for a cool after-dinner treat.

What you'll need:

• 3 egg yolks

• 3 egg whites

• 100 grams dark chocolate (65%)

• 60 grams sugar

• White chocolate (for decoration)

1. In a large bowl, on low heat, melt the dark chocolate.

2. Add the three egg yolks – make sure that they are room temperature before adding them to the chocolate.

3. In a separate bowl, add the egg white from the three eggs and whip them until stiff.

4. In the same bowl as the egg whites, add your 60 grams of sugar and keep whipping the mixture for at least one minute.

5. Now, combine the ingredients of your two bowls into one. Gently mix everything together.

6. When finished, add this mixture to a glass or a bowl.

7. Grate some white chocolate on top and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving.
