We went to Hooked to learn how to make these delicious fishy treats!
Place egg mix, flour and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Cut fish into strips 1-2cm wide.
Season strips to taste with salt or pepper. Then roll in the bowl of flour.
Coat strips in egg mix, then roll in the breadcrumb bowl.
Heat oil in a large deep frying pan, making sure oil is high enough to cover most of the strips.
Carefully place strips one by one into the oil, making sure they don't touch each other.
Turn strips occasionally.
When ready, remove and place on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Place in a bowl, serve with fresh lemon and tartare sauce.
